1. About our platform
. is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace. Products may be sold directly by us or by independent vendors (“Sellers”). Your contract for product purchase is with the relevant Seller unless we clearly state otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Product information & pricing
- We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Minor variations may occur for handmade or customized items.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable GST where shown.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.
- Customized products are made to your specifications; please review previews carefully before ordering.
4. Orders & acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation (email/SMS/account notification) indicates acceptance.
- We or the Seller may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, failed payment verification, or suspected fraud.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, product type, or customization time.
5. Payments
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Cash on Delivery, UPI, cards via Razorpay). You agree to pay all charges including product price, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available to serviceable pincodes only. Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided. Please inspect items at delivery and report visible damage promptly.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel before shipment where the option is available in your account. Sellers or . may cancel orders as permitted by law and our policies. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Returns & refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return except for defects or errors on our part.
9. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our systems.
- Post false reviews or manipulate ratings.
10. Intellectual property
